We are creating small industries that will allow our men to spend the first six months of their time working on the premises. Once completing the first six months they will be ready to transition into the real world.

This is the first operation we started in January 2007. We saw a need to help people clean up their properties. Many times these properties are loaded with recyclable items. We are able to help these customers reclaim their property from being overrun by junk while providing sometimes several hundreds to sometimes thousands of dollars of income for Three Corners. We look at each load of recyclables as donations and provide a letter of receipt for the money received to each client.

This operation began during the summer of 2007. We stumbled on it as the recycling began to slow down. We found that we needed continuous clients to keep an income coming in. We decided that we would maintain lawns for donations. We found that this service compliments our recycling clean up business because one business seems to feed the other.

This operation compliments our recycling business. Many times vehicles are donated as well. We check each vehicle out to see if it could be sold to a needed customer instead of selling it for scrap. If we find a needed buyer then we are able to increase the value of the vehicle. This transaction will allow the donor of the vehicle a larger tax benefit as well as finding a needed recipient for the vehicle.
